Meet Sarah

Welcome! I’m Sarah—a yoga and fitness instructor, meditation teacher, life coach, and university professor—here to help you find your flow and feed your fire. Whether it’s discovering the harmony of movement and mindfulness on the mat or aligning your passion and purpose in your career, my mission is to guide you toward creating a life that feels deeply aligned and truly alive.

My work is rooted in the belief that our greatest purpose (dharma) is to show up authentically as our true selves, because let’s be honest, that IS the gift of the one life that we are given. So often, we’re told who we should be and how we should act, creating a layer of conditioning that isn’t really who we are. I create safe spaces where transformation towards truth happens naturally, whether we’re in a yoga studio, a university classroom, or an online coaching session. 

By day, I blend business and psychology as a faculty member at Dominican University of California in San Rafael, inspiring students to explore how to balance purpose and well-being in their professional lives. Beyond academia, you can find me teaching yoga, Pilates, barre and meditation across the San Francisco Bay Area and online, sharing practices that celebrate the connection between body, mind, and spirit.

As a Sagittarius, Vata-Pitta, and Enneagram Type 4, I’ve learned the power of tuning into my inner energy and embracing the unique fire that fuels my soul. I’m here to help you do the same—trusting your intuition, honoring your unique gifts, and flowing with life’s rhythms while tending to the passions that ignite your inner flame. I’m Sarah—a yoga and fitness instructor, meditation teacher, life coach, and professor of organizational behavior.

My mission is to help you connect with your body, find your unique rhythmic flow in work and life, and channel your energy towards your life’s purpose and meaning, all through movement, mindfulness and mindset practices.

Whether it’s on the yoga mat, in a fitness studio, a 1:1 coaching session, or in the classroom, I create safe, transformative spaces where you can align with your passion, purpose, and inner wisdom.

With a blend of movement, mindfulness, and mindset coaching, I’m here to help deconstruct the layers of conditioning that hold us back and reconnecting with what is the deepest truth of ourselves. From that place of awareness, we can truly show up as we’re meant to be and create a life we love living.
